I found this article on
Sharpening Router Bits, I have sharpened a few of my own bits with out any problems. It was tedious but so far so good. One suggestion is check with one of your local Mill Works or Cabinet makers shops to see who they use to sharpen there blades and bits. It might be worth it to do it your self.
