I have been to the woodworking show that is held in Kansas City the last 3 years. What a blast. More to see and learn in one day than you can imagine. The one that I go to has demonstrations all the time during the show. You get to see a lot of items in use, ask tons of questions, and so on. Like mentioned before, take a stroll around to see what is happening and what items are selling for, then settle in from there.
