When my wife bought a new TV the old stand just wouldn't do. I designed this myself and built it with 3/4" pine. It is finished with Cabot Early American stain and several coats of water based urethane. There are spaces for the VCR, DVD player, TV and stereo on open shelves. The two bottom drawers are on full extension slides and hold DVDs and VHS tapes. European hinges are installed on the drawers. 1 1/4" brass pulls are used on drawers and doors.
