Other that the 4 screws that hold on the base plate, there is no other way to attach it. I am afraid that the weight of the router is to heavy for these small screws. Purchase two rods 300mm long and secure them in your router base where the side fence attachment is fitted. Prepare two wooden blocks with holes positioned the same distance appart as the rods then secure them to the underside of the router table. Additional small blocks can also be added to hold the the router base in the same position
