Questions for those having problems being logged off:
What browser and version are you using?
What anti-virus software?
What firewall software?
Are you using a router with a mechanical firewall?
What connection speed?
Do you connect through AOL?
Do you have additional tool bars such as google or yahoo running?
This information may generate a clue to the problem.
