It is the best assist for me now.
I decided not to use PC product on sub-base.

How off from flat : I can not measure it. I do not have a tool which is suitable for it.(*1)
tighten screw : base itself is convex (without presure)
bump : no.
hq : I've heard about it. So I decide to purchase, but ....
