Can't remember what I was searching for when I found this site, but it has lots of graph and/or lined paper. You specify the dimensions and it generates a PDF that you can print. Hope you find it useful.http://incompetech.com/beta/plainGraphPaper/
I just go to a simple program, included in most PC systems, called Paint
I have two files that I start out with depending on what I want to draw... a Horizontal and a Vertical layout.
The first thing I do is open one of them and then Save As what I'm drawing (so I don't mess up my original Ruler page)
Then, I just drawing rectangles, etc. to scale, using the Ruler cooridinates...
My screen resolution is 800x600 and when I print it, it remains to scale to the paper. Works great! When I want to change something, it's simple, and easy to print a revised drawing at anytime.

Attached, are the two BMP files I use...
I had to reduce the pic. size in order to upload... if anyone wants the full size one, let me know & I will email them to you.
