It looks like you have a really nice set of hollowers. I have not used those particular tools before (I have the following hollowers: Oneway, Kelton, Woodcut, Don Pencil, Sorby, Jordan, Jamieson and Trent Bosch), let me know how they work out for you.
You can never have enough tools!
