I saw your knobs at the time that you posted them. You made a jig for cutting them.
Too much work for me, I just drill once with the hole saw and finito la comedia.
I found that for my old hands and fingers the best shape is simple round and than, I glue around anti-skid tape so I have very strong grip.
On the pic you can see that I made them almost like yours but I did not like them and later replaced them with the round type (those with the red anti-skid tape).
