Note,,,,most shaper cutters should NOT be used on a router,most are made in the HSS format some have carb. tips.. , they can't take the speed or the heat.
And most have a 1/2" ID. hole for mounting to a shank arbor and some are 3/4" ID..

But - I would love to come across the Delta unit.

BTW -- the MiniShaper (third on your list) looks and sounds pretty much like the HF unit -- but with fancier 'cosmetics'. Interestingly it is listed at $20 LESS than the HF unit.
