Hi Joe

I have a 4' x 8' work bench and it's to small ,you can't have one too big, the 1st time you make a cabinet you will be glad you made a big one.
It's not much fun to get on your knees and work on a cabinets or any projects.

The one I have is made with 2' x 4" and 3ea. 3/4" x 4' x 8' MDF stock for the top and a 1/4" thick glass top on 1/2 of it, so I can wipe the glue up easy and have a nice FLAT top. ( "start sq. and it will come out sq.")

I did have it one wheels at one time but they could not take the load so now I use two floor jacks to move it about the shop..

I use a fan I got from HP to keep the shop cool, it's one that is about 3' in dia. floor type that I can move to anywhere in the shop..get the air moving and out the garage door and it puts the saw dust all over my truck when I forget to move it

Nothing better than a cool air on my backside on a HOT day ...3 or 4 mins. and I ready to go back to work
