Update, for anyone who maybe trying to attempt this. Everything is working great, except the fence. Because the TS fence has no fine adjustment it is very hard to get it where I want it and locked down, with the router fence clamped to it. I may extend the width so it can simply be clamped to the table. Or try to adapt one of those Incra positioners from Rockler that everyones been talking about.
