One of the things I LOVE about MDF is the way it takes glue.
There are two drawers in the desk I am sittin at now - the boxes and the fronts are made of 1/4" MDF -- and they are simply butt-jointed and glued - and they have survived almost 5 years. Of course -- they dont take the abuse shop drawers would - so the brads probably come in handy.
I
love your table.
Now that I have that chest out of the way - a router table is my next project.
And yes -- I plan on 'adapting' a number of ideas I have gotten here :-)
