Hi arkwood
I think I would use a rabbit bit, many come with diff. size bearing that will let the cutter hang over the bearing....,once around and then go back with a hand tool to finish the job ( hand drill, mounted with drum sander) to remove the small lip left over from the router pass...

Being foam I figured I needed an additional 3/16 off the inner side of the outer piece all around, which would allow for good fit with compression of foam. What would be best way to take off the 3/16 using a router. Arkwood |
