Hi Corey

I think you maybe right but this part got me "bolt through"

If you'er right he will need one of the bits below
they will make the job easy with one pass on the router table..

I like to use the key holes bits, they will let you a standard 5/16" dia.toggle bolt or a 5/16-18 sq. nut in the slot.....you can make your own tee-bolts easy with the toggle bolts ( they are full thread) and all you need to do is grind the sides of the head down so they slide in the slot you have selected...

I buy the 5/16 x 4" long toggle bolts and then cut them down to the size I need to use..
