I am with you 110% on that.
Course most of the pets I had as a kid went
beyond mixed breed and crossed well over into the -- mutt -- category - where you could only guess what the mix might have been --
But somehow they all seemed to have inherited the best traits from all sides.
You sound like somene who really understands and cares about his animals - and that is GREAT. You can argue all day -- and people do about which is more important nature or nurture -- but you will never convince me nurture doesnt play a role.
As for government bans. I'm not a big fan of government telling me what kind of dog I can have as a pet. I would come closer to supporting stronger leash laws -- stronger penalties for animal cruelty -- and owners being held more liable if their animal DOES get loose and injure someone.
But -- that's just me.
With the mix of blood BULL has -- I have a feeling you are gonna have a FINE pet for years to come.
