Hi winta
It can be done with the 1/4" 8deg. dovetail bit and jig fixture.
It can be done but it's going to be tricky because the parts are so small.
What I would try is to start with a wide board,,,1/4" thick x 1 3/4" wide x 8" long, then put in the dovetails on both sides of the 8" board, then cut them to 3 1/4" long, then put the the rest of the dovetail in the 3 1/4"" long boards..then cut the 3 1/4" to 1 1/2" long, this should give you dovetail joints on 3 sides, if you want to push it and have dovetails on all 4 sides made a jig with one of the dovetail parts you made to hold one of the parts in place for the last dovetail side...this will be the real tricky one to get them all to line up at glue up..
Good Luck,, how about a picture or two after you have them made...
