"Are the Grizzy ones accurate?" = yes ,very accurate
I also have a 18" one and it's very accurate also...
I check them all the time with drill bits shanks and a guage I have, I have and do drop them sometimes..
I should note,, I should have got the 3" one but I miss it when I got the 4" one...
