Well I didn't need anyone to tell me this. I am living proof of this factor since being fully disabled from 2003 and beyond from my 19 year of life. I took up wood working just for that reason so I wouldn't be sitting around the house sulking. And I get all my aggresions out. And I have a fine piece of what I'm building to admire.
