I was going to suggest epoxy as well. With super glue if you use a clamp be sure you don't glue the clamp down. The accelerator works well and quick. Bj, for this application don't you think thin CA would work better? Just wondering.

I don't want to steer Steve's post another way but on the subject of gluing joints..are you talking about box joints and stuff with thick CA glue? Box maker Rob Cosman uses nothing but thin CA on his boxes. He soaks it on the ends of the assembled joints on the box. I tried it on a tight fit joint and no leak thru but it requires a lot of sanding cause the glue still ghosts thru the finish. Do you put it on the joints prior to assembly and then fit the joint together?
