Hi Boxer

I think you are taking about the sander that can take on 1/4 sheet of sand paper, that's to say sand paper comes in about 8" x 11" sheet and you cut it into 4 parts to snap in and under the spring hold down wires..
It's now low tech with the new ROS because of the holes in the sand paper to help pickup the sand dust..I have a old B & D that comes with a hole punch jig that will put in the holes the same way, but it's a low tech stuff now..
