 Thanks all for the help
In order to place the cottage it was necessary to take down a big beautiful red pine which was cut to ten foot lengths and delivered to a local ma and pa sawmill. Being a relative rookie at this, I would like to thank all the folks who guided me through to the finished project, this is one great forum.
