OK. I found it in the catalog. I knew I had seen it but just couldn't find it in the 03/04 so i found the 04/05 Catalog and, page-by-page, there it was...

It is a Veritas (I got that part right before) Screw Lifter.

Use it to lift a screw from drywall where you missed the stud by slipping the notched tip under the screw head and press the arched body, or you can engage the head in the in the keyhole cut-out.
