Default Wanting an edge guide

I would like to have an edge-guide to attach to the baseplate of my Ryobi RE 180 PL, but have not been able to find one. Does anyone make one for this router?
Alternatively I would make one, but am puzzled. The two horizontal holes in the baseplate for an edge guide have a diameter of 0.364", measured with an internal caliper. What size rod is supposed to go in them?
I assumed some standard available size plus a little for sliding clearance. Thus for example 0.375" plus a smidgen would make sense.
Likewise the spacing between the two holes is bizarre at 3.332". A dimension of 3.25" or 3.375" would be easier. Nor do these dimensions translate into any rational metric measure.
Any hints or help will be much appreciated by this puzzled edge-guide novice.
