Hi Bob,
Yep, that's the one. I am thinking that there is a swivel point just below that semi-circle cut out and the locking knob sits in that cut out to lock down the angle. I don't think I am going to need those other accessories and only intend to use it when cutting slots at an angle, ala the RWS shop stool, so I am not ordering the miter gauge set (too steep for me).
