Check the gears, the rod does NOT revolve 360 degrees like a drill. Follow the gears, the rod revolves about 120 degrees one way, then the gear on the "circle" hits the other gear on the rod and revolves the opposite way for about 120 degrees, while the opposite gear is in the clear. Unique and for what, who will come up with the use? I now don't have a clue either !
