I purchased the GMC 3-base router kit from Amazon, and it was the best value I've ever gotten. I couldn't be happier with the performance, and quality. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience with them. I guess eventually any and all manufacturers of any products will have a disappointed customer. Maybe, if you try their products again, you will have better experience.
