I also am in the dark about pantographs, but have built one by copying the dementions of a small version of a childs toy. My main problem is keeping the router from scueing out of square from the pointer, and also figuring out how to raise the router out of the wood between letters. I'm sure it's only a matter of time before I get it worked out, but for now I'm looking for more information on most everything about it. When I get it working I will contact you, here.
