Hi Charlie
Well you have enough tools to be able to make saw dust, and a great gift. I built a dresser 20 - 25 years ago, using a cheap table saw and a router. It is to this day still in use by the wife and me. So you do not need a lot of tools to build a worthy project, and I will bet the daughter will love it, and have it for life time.
