Neat sign Scott. Probably takes longer to paint it than to do the carving.

I will see if I can attach some progress pictures.
Painting took 20 minutes.
10 minute rough cut with 1/2 bit followed by, 1/8 bit at 10% step over, 3 hours.

3D design work also took about three hours.

That is too awesome ! Your killing me here Scott , I'm going to end up buying a CNC whether I like it or not .

Maybe you can buy a robot instead Rick to do the you know what. Then trade it for a CNC when the job is done.
