| Registered User | Here's my first piece of intarsia. It's my own design and represents a Hiawatha Belt - a wampum belt that symbolized the Iroquois Confederacy (a.k.a Six Nations). The piece is made of a number of woods, including purpleheart, mahogany, walnut, and maple. Bob D'Alimonte Kenmore, NY http://www.dalimonte.net |

| Registered User | Here are a few pictures of a music stand I made for my daughter to practise her tenor sax. Sorry about the poor image quality, cheap camera. Wood is cherry. I didn't use a plan to build this. As with most of my projects, I combined elements from differnt places. The base is from a plan for a pedestal table I made several years earlier. The top is from a picture in a catalog that my uncle gave me. Last edited by bob_e7; 10-15-2005 at 08:02 PM. Reason: Pictures didn't upload |
