| Registered User Jr. Member |  Bit Quick Connects Noticed at a Sears store that they have a quick connect system for router bits to save time in changing bits. Does anyone have anything like this and my question would be is it safe? bamiller |

| Retired Moderator Forum King  | BAMILLER, I also noticed that quick connect system when they first came out. I wouldn't spend money on it. I wouldn't use it because of the safety issue. Not sure how well it works. I think the bits are better secured the regular way.  |

| Registered User Forum Geek | Don't these only work with bits sold by Sears ?, if so another good reason to avoid them. Regards Jerry |
