| Senior Moderator Supreme Forum King | Kurt, welcome to the forum. There are plenty of places that offer a wealth of router information. Why not start out the simple way? Turn on your local PBS station and watch Bob and Rick. The best thing they teach is safety first. I would say the 2nd most important thing they teach is it doesnt have to be difficult to be a good project. Contact your local school system and see if they offer adult shop classes. Visit your local woodworking supply house and ask if there are classes or groups you can join. Its always nice to start out with someone to show you the way. The only stupid question is the one that is not asked. Now go make some sawdust! Mike |
