OK Rolf... I think you only need 1 jig... for all of it.

Your freehand drawings were OK but I couldn't see how the jig fit in...

Default Problem Solved

I bought Bob & Rick's book on jigs and solved my problem of splitting the wood. I've attached some pictures. I already tried a new piece of wood. It will need some adjustments, but it works.
