Don't laugh TOO hard ---
I can't find it now -- but I KNOW I have seen where someone has rigged a gearbox and mounting bracket to power a SCOOTER -- with CORDLESS DRILL.

Can a router powered hedge trimmer be far behind??

Ok, now you know how to get the beveled edges you've been shooting for. One of you owners should do a photo to go with the caption, copy/paste and send to a woodworking magazine. Of course I will expect to split any prize money with you.

When passing houses with hedges shaped like animals, I often wondered how the intricate parts were shaped, now we all know. I wonder if template guides can be fitted to that model, if so then consistently shaped hedges could be achieved with a few simple templates, food for thought!
