Default Hello

New here and hoping someone can help.
I bought a used Dewalt 615 Plunge Router, worked fine. Tonight, the bearing went out on it, the one opposite to the bit end. I've found one here at home that will actually work to replace it, but I'm having a rough time getting the bearing off of of the post. The top, side and balls all came off, leaving the center of the bearing and the back plate of the bearing on the post. Any suggestions? I had planned on spending a lot of my 3 days off in the garage working with this router. Hope someone out there can help.

Bill R.

Greetings Bill and welcome to the router forum. I have heard of that happening with the DeWalts, but this is the first time I have heard of it on this forum. It may be that you will need to go to a DeWalt forum to find the cure, (that is if someone here can't help you out) and it is highly unlikely that someone can't help you here.
