Report Post Report This Post!

hello to everyone, I'm new in the forum, and i would like help with the following.

I recently adquire ArtCam9, I've followed all the steps for the instalation and the steps for avoiding the use of the dongle, but still everytime that i try to start the program, it asks me for the dongle. Do i need an image to replace the dongle, or wath?

Can anyone help me please

There is no way to run artcam without the dongle plugged in. Its required to be plugged in at all times as it contains the verification that its a legit version.

Personally I find dongles annoying and I know artcam are real A$#@$es when it comes to you losing your dongle. Its almost the same cost as the program is to replace it.

Yep, a dongle ensures you are not just using a pirate version of a software program.
I'm pretty sure there are ways around it if you look hard enough.
CNCzone comes to mind.
