| Registered User | undefinedIs there any way of achieving an arched rail in rail and stile cabinet door construction without having a flat run where the arch meets the stile? |

| The Router Guys Forum King | Yes but you will need a new pattern for each size of door. The flat run is to compensate for different sized doors using the same arched pattern.
