Welcome, Ray.

While it is not instruction per se you can find exploded parts diagrams for this router at searspartsdirect dot com. Type in the model number and the diagrams pop up.

The brushes (15 on the diagram) appear on the motor diagram on the right side of the page. The site says replacement brushes are available and inexpensive. Good luck.
