My user name is DonHo ( a nickname I've had for years, but not because I can sing.

I'm 63 years old, married with 4 kids and a cat. I've been retired for a little over a year now. I had started woodworking as a hobby 4 or 5 years ago after I had to give up golf because of a bad back. I live in Shawnee, OK with my wife of 40 years. My wife is a quilter and we combine lots of quilt show/tool or wood buying trips as get aways because we like to travel (mostly short trips but we have made a few long trips).

I like making jewelery boxes and other small items as well as turning bowls. I've made a few large pieces but my shop is small so it's difficult and I have to finish the large pieces outside.
