I've been viewing this forum since it's inception and having just read the e mail sent to me from here I guess it's time to enter the program. I am a retired woodworker after some 50+ years in the trade. My first router was a Craftsman purchased in 1956 and I still own it and am amazed that it still operates very well. All metal with no plastic parts. Woodworking now is just for pleasure, gifts and charity. Thourghly enjoy reading the posts and will jump in if I think my advice will help.

Blockhead glad you finally decided to join our group. We can always use someone with 50+ years in the trade. You never know what useful info you might have.
