| Registered User Jr. Member | Hi, LeeC here, I have been dabbling in woodworking for quite a few years.I have made some furniture and have gotten into pen/pencil making. Last winter at our place in AZ, I gutted the kitchen and started over. Made all the cabinets from scratch. 23 raised panel doors and 12 dovetailed drawers. I used the router equipment from Oak Park for the majority of the work. Imust say that I had an outstanding tutor in this project. I have been reading the posts for about a year, and it is obvious that I can learn a lot more. |

| Registered User New Member | Hi, That recent message to introduce ourselves moved me into action! I possess several routers, from a very old Stanley of 1950's vintage, a Sears, and a Makita. I use the Makita in my router table and the others for general work around the workshop. The Makita is the most accurate of the three. I don't visit the forum too frequently but when I do I glean a lot of information. I am always surprised by the quality of the work produced by memebers. I live in sunny British Co0lumbia, Canada. |
