| Registered User | Hi guys and gals. Forced early retirement means I have to find a new hobby to keep me active so chose woodworking. Acquired two Trend routers, a T5 and T10, along with a cast router table which makes one helluva racket when the router is at full speed. So I am looking to put together a less noisy set-up, probably buy a top and insert plate with fence until I am confident enough to build my own. |

Hello and welcome to the Router Forums. Enjoy your retirement and you could find worse ways to fill your days! Nothing wrong with buying a top and insert. You can build your own table then to put it on and make it the way you want to! Keep us posted of your progress! Corey
