Thanks for the ideas. I'm in the process of making and setting up a cyclone dust extractor, so any new thoughts are appreciated. I'm going to extract dust from under the router table but was unsure if another suction would be required across the table top?
regards,
Keith

I have a 4" connection on my router cabinet, and also cut a 2 1/4" hole in the back of it.. I connect a vacuum hose to this for use on the fence, etc, and my DC provides enough vacuum for it to work well..

Thanks for the welcome Corey. In the past I've only used the router for joining large planks for table making and edging but now I am about to start on smaller projects using the new Incra tools which are in transit to my home. So all this router work is new to me and I'll be trying to learn a totally new field.
