I am new here, anyone have any tips or tricks to routing the ends of acrylic tubing good enough to glue? Thanks in advance, Jack

Welcome to the forum jack, in order for members to come up with a solution to you're problem, could we have a few details such as diameter, wall thickness and length of tube involved, also is it a one off or for a small production line?

Thanks to all, I figured it out. No router needed, just a tabel saw..

Here’s a trick that I have used successfully since I don't have a table saw.

You will need a circle-cutting jig. First you cat out a circle in a ¾ inch board that’s exactly same circumference as your tubing. It has to fit tight if it’s lose it will not work.
Then you push the tubing through the circle and make sure it’s 90 degree perpendicular to the face of the board. Then you could either use a bottom-cleaning bit to clean up the edge or use a fine sandpaper to smooth out the edge.

That's a very neat, simple solution.

I used to do it that way but found out a table saw with a sled and a good blade was better!
