Default Another new guy

Hello everyone. I'm another new guy trying to figure out how to build stuff with limited knowledge and tools and space. Just picked up a Bosch Colt (1st router) to expand my small kit of power tools. Living in an apartment everything needs to be compact and after reading some pretty good reviews it seemed to fit the bill.

Welcome Joe to the Router Forums. That Colt is a very cool little router and you can do a lot with it. Mine is disable ( user error ) right now but I even built a mini router table and drilled out an Oak Park 7 Inch router plate and it worked great.

I was going to PM you, but the forum won't let me.

I've been thinking about building a small portable table. Kind of hoping that Oak Park or someone will have a predrilled plate when I'm ready to build it. Also hoping that maybe I'll be able to get a second base for the Colt so I won't have to unscrew it from the plate every time I want to use it hand held.
