| Senior Moderator Supreme Forum King | Steve, this is why they told you to pay attention in geometry class. Cutters are not always available in the size or style we want. You may have to break the operation into two or three operations. You can first use a bull nose cutter to make the bead. If you can not find one in the size you want you can also use a round over bit with two different set ups to get the bead profile. Then you cut the cove detail. Many mouldings are made in this way.
