Default Greetings from new member

Hello fellow wood massagers,
I don't call it "woodWORKING" because for me it is pleasurefull and relaxing and work was seldom relaxing. I've done construction type woodworking for more than 30 years (used to be called woodbutchers) but have progressed to doing finer type projects for about 10 years now. I'm not prolific with projects, just enough to keep me happy and not enough to be a chore.

I'm 67, retired and looking forward to learning from the gurus on this board.

Thanks, John VanDivier

Welcome to the Router Forums John. Glad to have your butchering experience added to our membership. Also, as long as you are happy. that's all that matters. Hope you are enjoying your retirement as much as I do mine.

Thanks for the warm welcome. Sorry it took so long to respond, but I was having problems with the website not recognizing my name and password after I registered. Anywho, I look forward to enhancing my abilities with routers. I have had two Craftsman routers for many years that were used mainly for edge trimming and I have not yet expanded my abilities with the new Bosch 1617 EVS I just purchased. Again Thank you. John
