Welcome to the Router Forums Black Mountain. Just what are "school house custom picture dials?" Maybe you could post a picture of one?

Smile Thanks again!

Thank you all for the welcome. I see I left out a word on my introduction. I make school house clocks and wood burn pictures for the dial face. I will have to explore this site to find out how to post a picture.

Hi black mountain

Thanks for the picture of the great clock

Did you burn in the image of the cowboy on the clock face,,,it's a shame the clock has a small crack in the molding, looks like a nail did the job
and a repair job is in order,,,

I hope Corey takes peek at your clock he is also a burner..

No I did not burn that image, I created the look with photo shop.
It looks as tho there is a crack in the molding but I can assure you there is no crack. There are no nails used in any part of the process.
