Default New Starter in need of TLC

Hi Gang,
thanks for allowing me to join your site, i have give it a good looking at and i think it is brilliant, so if you can put up with me asking questions i will have a bash. I am one of the younger generation taking up a hobby of woodworking, used to be what they call over here in sunny England a Plater/Welder working in steel work, so if you get fed up with my questions maybe you can fix me up with a job in Orlando or somewhere like that, i am pleased to be on here,
thanks again,
Ibcallus.

welcome.
You’re only aloud 3 questions to being with however for every router bit you purchase and post a picture, you get additional credit for questions depending on the type of the bit.
Straight bits = 10 questions
Dovetail bits= 20 questions.
Roundover =30 questions.
the 1/4 shank router bits get half credit.
The more extreme the bit profile the more credits you get.
Enjoy the stay and have fun.

G'day and welcome to the forum Ibcallus (or can I call you Ib?). You've found the right place for jigs. If you want some ideas for a first project, take a look at the Show & Tell.
Have fun.
